Shall we include period of probation into vacation period? [UA] Сьогодні майже кожен другий працівник проходить випробування при прийнятті на роботу. Однак, працівнику з випробувальним періодом, як і будь-якій іншій особі, хочеться відпочити, або ж потрібно використати час відпустки для вирішення невідкладних особистих проблем. За загальним правилом право на відпустку в перший рік роботи виникає після закінчення шести місяців безперервної роботи, тобто фактично після закінчення випробного періоду. Ті ж працівники, що бажають відпочити до сплину шести місяців, мають право на відпустку пропорційно до відпрацьованого часу. Як же бути з випробувальним терміном на період.. |
