Питання оподаткування інвестиційного прибутку було особливо актуальним у 2012 році у зв’язку із прийняттям Методики визначення інвестиційного прибутку професійним торговцем цінними паперами при виконанні функцій податкового агента (надалі - Методика). Здавалося, ніби прийняття спеціалізованого документа мало б розставити всі крапки над «і» в цьому питанні.
