Так, с 1 сентября текущего года вступил в силу Закон Украины № 408- VII от 04.07.2013 «О внесении изменений в Налоговый кодекс относительно трансфертного ценообразования». Данный нормативно - правовой акт заставил понервничать не один десяток предпринимателей, которые активно используют метод оптимизации налогообложения, манипулируя ценами между связанными компаниями.
