Зокрема, чимало підприємств постають перед питанням: чи потрібно отримувати дозвіл на розміщення об’єктів та послуг та декларацію відповідності матеріально-технічної бази законодавству? Обов'язковість отримання такого дозволу на сьогодні не передбачена ані Законом України «Про перелік документів дозвільного характеру» ані Законом України.. |
