Appeal of a decision on adjusting of customs value [UA] Новації та спірні питання Положеннями нового Митного кодексу України (далі – МК України) дещо змінено порядок митного оформлення товарів. Зокрема, цей нормативно-правовий акт надав імпортерам деякі цікаві можливості. Так, популярним виявився механізм, передбачений ст. 55 МК України, щодо вільного випуску товарів у оборот за умови сплати митних платежів декларантом на умовах фінансової гарантії. Цей шлях вирішення питання дійсно є вигідним як для імпортера, так і для митниці: митниця отримує завищенні митні платежі, які вона розрахувала часто незаконно, а декларант завершує свою імпортну.. |
