Слід зазначити, що у випадку надання вказаної знижки, фактично мова йде про зміну ціни вже укладеного договору поставки. Чи правомірно змінювати ціну укладеного договору? Яким чином оформити надання вказаної знижки? Знижка на обсяг закупівлі товару надається, якщо загальна сума придбаних покупцем за певний період товарів перевищує певну величину.
