Станом на сьогоднішній день питання щодо віднесення спиртомістких настоянок з лікувальними властивостями до категорії лікарських засобів остаточно не вирішено. Минулого року ми зупинялися на аналізі чинного законодавства та судової практики у цьому складному питанні. Протягом року з дати публікації відбулися зміни у нормативному регулюванні цього питання, які деталізували та конкретизували позицію імпортера, однак не встановили остаточно неправомірність дій митниці при заміні кодів товару. Так 14.07.2012 були внесені зміни до ст. 1 Закону України 04.04.96 N 123/96-ВР..
